Dancing the Pizzica!

So you think it’s all serious stuff in the Kitchen? Well, you’re wrong…we push back the work-tabes and we dance!!!

Whilst waiting for the cream filling to cool before filling the pastry case of the pasticciotto tort, we take time out for a little energetic dancing!!
